Destiny
This is our destiny…
to join together now
with friends and family
to share this day of joy.
This is our destiny…
to keep this solemn vow
from this day on
we’ll forge a bond
time can’t destroy.
This is our destiny
as time goes on we know
that we can share life’s trials and triumphs
as a family.
And if our family
by God’s good grace should grow
each child you bear
the love we share
grows more abundantly.
This is our destiny
despite the arrogance of time
there is a poetry to love
we are the rhythm and the rhyme
This is our destiny
we’ll make a symphony of life
there’ll be a magic to the music
that we’ll make as man and wife
