My head tells me no but my heart disagrees
It seems I've come down with the kissing disease
I love when we talk, but I also know this
I have other designs on those ruby red lips
If I should kiss you, how would you react
Will you back away, or will you kiss me back ?
One simple question, it's nothing complex
Unless we're considering what happens next
My head tells me stop, 'cause my chances are dead
While my heart optimistically forges ahead
There's chemistry here, and the magic is brewing
Still my brain screams, "You have no idea what you're doing !"

Humans are caught in one common pursuit
Despite all the knowledge we claim to possess
Love defies logic, we still have to guess
