Holiday Park Hotel

Holiday Park Hotel

I’ve got a suite at the side of the street at the Holiday Park Hotel
Spend the day in the library coolin my heels
Spend the night dumpster diving and lookin for meals
It may sound offensive but its no big deal
at the Holiday Park Hotel

Yeah, life is complete on the side of the street at the Holiday Park Hotel
We've got no locks ‘cause we’ve got no doors
We got real grass carpeting on all of the floors
With trees, and flowers, and birds, and more
At the Holiday Park Hotel

Yeah, life ‘s pretty sweet on the side of the street
At the Holiday Park Hotel
We sleep ‘neath trees then nap in the sand
Seek a good buzz and hide from the man
We're never working ‘except on our tan
At the Holiday Park Hotel

Got our retreat on the side of the street at the Holiday Park Hotel
Don’t take much money, don’t take much brains
In fact, some of my roommates are slightly insane
But the thing I hate most is them hurricanes
At the Holiday Park Hotel

Perhaps we could meet on the side of the street
At the Holiday Park Hotel
We could do lunch after scrounging some change
I’ve got a hunch that our lifestyle seems strange
But to us it’s as sweet as your home on the range
It’s our Holiday Park Hotel
Everyone’s doing swell
At the Holiday Park Hotel
Once you get past the smell
At the Holiday Park Hotel

  1. "What difference does it make to the dead, the orphans and the homeless, whether the mad destruction is wrought under the name of totalitarianism or the holy name of liberty or democracy?"
